Yes. On sites using a trade-specific theme, the Site copy tab lets you edit sections and service lists, save drafts, preview your site and publish your changes, with no plan upgrade. Flagged claims are held for our team to review before they go live. You can also request newly written copy for a section. Sites using the default design do not have section copy editing. Suspended accounts are read-only.

Yes. In your site Settings, try another available design for your trade and preview it with your own business content. Your live site changes only after you approve. If the new design needs additional written sections, our team will help complete them first. Your page URLs stay the same.

Your site waits for our team to choose a palette before the build starts. We never automatically choose brand colors for you.

Yes. Domains bought through us belong to you. The account owner can request a transfer code from the site page, with no plan upgrade. Use it at your new registrar within about an hour; registry restrictions, including the usual 60-day lock after registration, may apply. You can request up to five codes per day. Domain renewal billing stops when you request the transfer; hosting stays unchanged until you move your DNS.

When writing help is available, choose Help me write it during sign-up. It uses the business details you provide. Review or edit the suggestion before using it, or write your own text.

Yes. When you arrive through ContractorTShirts, verify your order email during sign-up and choose an approved logo. Only the logo is imported; your business details are never pre-filled. You can also upload your own logo.

Tell us about your business, pay the setup fee at sign-up, and confirm your email. Your build starts after payment, email confirmation and a chosen palette. If the setup fee is zero, email confirmation releases the build once a palette is chosen. Promotional sign-ups with a waived setup fee wait for team approval after email confirmation.

On sites with a trade-specific design, we first write your site's sections and service lists and prepare at least two articles that pass our publishing checks. Your site then goes live automatically, usually within about 30 minutes, and you can follow the progress on your site's Overview. Until your hosting payment goes through, it shows in your private preview only.

You can use a domain you already own or buy one through us. Domain registration is separate from the website and hosting price.

The one-time setup fee is paid at sign-up. Hosting and any domain purchase are paid after you approve your preview. The setup fee is never charged again at that checkout.

A revision is all changes sent together in one request. Extra revisions requested before hosting payment are added to the hosting checkout. After hosting payment, extra revisions are paid before our team starts. Updates to your business details in the intake form do not count as revisions.

Hub5 is a lead capture and job management platform. Free lead capture is included with your website; full job management is an optional paid upgrade. Provisional features — final free-tier and paid-tier details to be confirmed.
